HR Heroes is primarily intended for HR ambassadors who want to learn how to interconnect individual applications, set up internal processes and simplify their work. A background in IT is optional; every average user will manage just fine. The primary prerequisite is the desire to expand your digital mindset, make your work in HR more efficient and share experience with other Academy students.
We will get to know each other and align common expectations. We will discuss your current tasks and projects and give you space to voice your concerns. We will get to know the Academy better and assign self-learning homework for the next workshop.
How does your team operate? Together in the HR team, let’s find areas for improvement; whether it’s sharing documents, assigning tasks or communicating information. We will also focus on the closest HR associates, for example, the payroll department, and try to find a way of coordinating with them.
We will share the best tips and tricks for working with the Canva graphic program, while also looking at some new formats you can use when recruiting. Then you will be instructed on how to follow up with effectively planned interviews and share notes and materials with the hiring managers.
Collect and manage employee data efficiently, securely and conveniently using Microsoft 365 tools. We will also provide you with the best tips for Excel and Word to have the data exactly where you want it.
Some stay remote or only come to the office occasionally, and others work in production and must come in every day. During onboarding, new employees get a lot of attention from several colleagues at once who provide them with everything they need (such as an ID card, user access to apps or overalls). Maintain control over the tasks and to-do lists without having to make endless copies and entering everything manually.
