You will learn how Microsoft 365 Copilot works, where to find it across applications, and how to prepare for it properly. We will explore working with chat, searching company data, differences between response modes, as well as settings and custom instructions.
Copilot as a communication assistant
Discover how Copilot can support your everyday communication in Outlook and Teams. You will learn how to prioritize messages, summarize conversations, prepare for meetings, and create clear notes and follow-up tasks.
Personal notes and team know-how with Copilot
We will show how to use Copilot when working with notes and shared know-how. We will connect meeting notes, OneNote, and Loop into a clear system of a personal and team “second brain” that you can rely on in your future work.
Copilot as a partner in creating documents and presentations
You will learn how to effectively create and edit documents in Word, presentations in PowerPoint, and work with files on OneDrive using Copilot. We will explore different ways of giving instructions as well as more advanced content handling options.
Data under the microscope: From collection to analysis with Copilot
You will learn how to create forms, collect data, and analyze them in Excel using Copilot. You will try the role of both researcher and analyst and discover how to quickly turn responses into clear insights.
How to create your own Copilot assistant
Finally, we will show you how to create your own Copilot assistant and integrate it into your workflows. You will learn about scheduled actions, simple autonomous agents, and other ways to simplify routine tasks.
