What is academy good for?
- The Academy will teach you to interconnect individual Microsoft 365 apps and will demonstrate them on examples from HR. You will be instructed, among other things, on automating simple everyday tasks, working with employee data, creative tasks and contributing to company culture. What’s in store for you:
- How to collaborate effectively within an HR team.
- How to set up an attractive recruitment campaign using modern tools.
- How to make your time and work management simpler by automating meetings, invitations and reminders.
- How to obtain, process and keep records of employee data efficiently, and then use it in contracts, forms and other documents.
- How to set up online pre-onboarding and onboarding of new employees.
- How to receive employee feedback and create an employee satisfaction questionnaire.
Who is the program intended for
HR Heroes is primarily intended for HR ambassadors who want to learn how to interconnect individual applications, set up internal processes and simplify their work. A background in IT is optional; every average user will manage just fine. The primary prerequisite is the desire to expand your digital mindset, make your work in HR more efficient and share experience with other Academy students.

The launch
We will get to know each other and align common expectations. We will discuss your current tasks and projects and give you space to voice your concerns. We will get to know the Academy better and assign self-learning homework for the next workshop.
We are a team – we are HR!
How does your team operate? Together in the HR team, let’s find areas for improvement; whether it’s sharing documents, assigning tasks or communicating information. We will also focus on the closest HR associates, for example, the payroll department, and try to find a way of coordinating with them.
How to manage creativity and routine in recruitment
We will share the best tips and tricks for working with the Canva graphic program, while also looking at some new formats you can use when recruiting. Then you will be instructed on how to follow up with effectively planned interviews and share notes and materials with the hiring managers.
Record-keeping and documentation
Collect and manage employee data efficiently, securely and conveniently using Microsoft 365 tools. We will also provide you with the best tips for Excel and Word to have the data exactly where you want it.
Online onboarding
Some stay remote or only come to the office occasionally, and others work in production and must come in every day. During onboarding, new employees get a lot of attention from several colleagues at once who provide them with everything they need (such as an ID card, user access to apps or overalls). Maintain control over the tasks and to-do lists without having to make endless copies and entering everything manually.
HR as co-creator of the corporate culture
Do you wish to know how satisfied your employees are? Do you know how to appreciate your colleagues’ achievements? Do you participate in corporate communities and internal communication? Our tips and specific instructions will give you many new ideas on how to stimulate the corporate culture even when working from home.
