The program starts with an introductory webinar where managers get an overview of the whole program, learn what to expect, and gain inspiration for the next steps. Managers are also asked to record a video or write a text describing their main pain point.

Identify the first problem area you want to address.
3. Workshop: PPI Presentation (90 minutes)
We’ll focus on how the framework works and examine your pain point.
4. Independent Work of Manager and Team
At this stage, you’ll work independently with your team on identifying and solving your PPI.
5. Workshop: Action Steps for OKRs (90 minutes)
Learn how to create specific action steps for OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) under expert guidance and with feedback from our trainers.
6. Piloting Action Steps in Practice
Test your action steps for solving your pain point in real practice and see how they work.
7. Workshop: OKR Retrospective and Solution Refinement (90 minutes)
Review your successes and challenges during the retrospective workshop. You’ll gain further advice and feedback, evaluate solutions, and discuss outcomes so you can finalize your solutions.
