Where and how does the portal work?
The portal is available to learners from organizations that have chosen one of our training and adoption programs. It functions as a web application, which means it is accessible from any internet browser on a computer, phone, or tablet (it will probably also work on smart refrigerators equipped with a GUI, browser, and internet access).
Registration Page
Each organization has its own registration and login page along with a unique subdomain. This way, students register within their organization and access the learning environment directly, where they can find relevant content. The registration link will be distributed to them once the content is ready.
To simplify login, we allow the use of Single Sign-On, or the option to register directly into the portal. Both methods can be combined and used simultaneously. In the case of choosing SSO, coordination and cooperation with your MS tenant administrator is required.
Two Basic Environments for Students
After successful registration and subsequent login, students have two main tabs available on the portal by default: Online Courses and Microlearning (if it is a program supplemented with webinars, there is often an additional tab with webinar recordings).
Online Courses
An online course is a structured learning program consisting of several types of activities. The student follows a prepared path – the system shows them step by step how to proceed and how to complete each specific learning activity.
An online course may include: educational videos, supporting texts and guides, infographics, presentations, internal company materials, assignments, tests and quizzes, links to webinars, or other activities.
We tailor courses to the specific needs of the company. You can choose pre-prepared content with a complete learning path, or we can create a unique program tailored to your requirements.
Microlearning
Microlearning is a collection of short educational videos divided by topics. Students can freely choose what interests them and return to the videos they want to watch again.
This form of study is suitable, for example, for quickly mastering a specific skill or reviewing an already known topic.
Additional thematic micro-courses can be continuously added to the system according to the company’s needs.
A single micro-course can be completed within a few minutes. Learning thus becomes part of everyday work, not something extra. Employees acquire new habits, procedures, and tools at a pace that suits them.
Personal Statistics
Students can track their personal statistics on the portal. They can find them in their profile in the top right corner, under the section My Achievements.
- badges and certificates (if they have earned any);
- study statistics, such as time studied, completed micro-courses, videos played, percentage of completed videos, and completed activities.
Manager Dashboard
The portal also offers a dedicated interface for internal education coordinators, i.e. managers. The manager’s overview shows who is studying, their progress, and where additional support may be needed.
- edit and manage online courses;
- assign content to selected groups of employees;
- track student progress in a clear dashboard.
Statistics can also be connected via API with your own data analysis tools, such as Power BI.
