Skillstai – Terms of use

General provisions

• The operator of the Skillstai app is the company Digiskills s.r.o., Národní 416/37, 110 00 Praha 1, Trade no.: 05883075, Tax no.: CZ05883075 (hereinafter referred to as the "operator").
• The Skillstai app contains educational microlearning videos and other educational material that can be played and browsed on the app.
• As a rule, videos are only available to users with a subscription. Some videos can be played by users for free, some videos can also be played by unsubscribed visitors to the app.
• The operator is not responsible for the content of the videos and its impact on individual users.
• The operator is not responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided in the videos. However, the operator tries to keep the content up to date and correct in terms of content.
• The operator is not responsible for possible drop-out of the app.
• The operator reserves the right to terminate the membership at any time, even without giving a reason.
• In extreme cases, the operator can completely deny access to a specific user, even if the user is not logged in.
• Users are required to enter true information when registering and to keep it true throughout their presence within Digiskills. Entering false information may result in the account being deleted.
• It is strictly forbidden to share non-public content with third parties (i.e., content available only to paying users). This applies in particular to microlearning videos and the materials accompanying them.
• It is strictly forbidden to use the app for any illegal activity.
• Abuse of any bug in the system is strictly prohibited.
• All content of the site is subject to the copyright of the operator. It is forbidden to modify, copy, resell or even pass it off as your own.

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Skillstai application ("the App"), provided by Digiskills s.r.o., within Microsoft Teams. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Application

Skillstai is designed to assist users in learning and adopting Microsoft Copilot within the Microsoft Teams environment. You agree to use the App solely for educational purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Account

To use Skillstai, you may be required to provide personal information such as your name and email address. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Privacy and Data Security

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and handling of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and features available within Skillstai, including but not limited to educational materials, prompts, and chatbot interactions, are the intellectual property of Digiskills s.r.o. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without explicit written permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the application.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Skillstai is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App. Digiskills s.r.o. disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digiskills.cz be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Skillstai, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czechia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Czechia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Skillstai after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
