There's no need to fear AI; it won't take your job, quite the contrary! AI will make your work easier, allowing you to complete tasks in less time and with much less effort. All you need is to learn how to communicate with it and how to assign tasks correctly.
Academy starts on 14. 9. 2026
I WANT TO REGISTERThe entire program takes place online on the Digiskills platform, where you will find all the key topics, activities, study materials, links to live workshops and webinars, and their subsequent recordings clearly organized.
AI Academy is for companies that want their employees to stop experimenting with AI blindly and start using it practically, safely, and with clear benefits. It is especially suitable for office specialists (project managers, HR, marketing, finance, sales, support, assistants, and others), managers and team leaders, companies that already have AI tools, and teams that need a common foundation.
In the introductory webinar, you will get a clear picture of what AI can do, where it helps, and where you need to be careful. We will show you how language models work, why they sometimes make things up, and how to prevent it. We will go through the most used tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and Claude. We will explain the differences between free and enterprise versions, basic safety rules, and the AI Act in a practical context. By the end, you will know what each tool can handle and how to start without unnecessary risk.
You will learn how to prompt so that AI provides usable outputs. We will show you a simple system: role, context, task, and format. You will try using AI as a coach, mentor, critic, client, boss, or colleague. You will practice complex situations in a simulation: giving feedback, negotiating, preparing a presentation, or defending an idea. Here, AI becomes a second brain that helps you think faster and more accurately.
The third webinar focuses on working with texts, files, and data. You will generate emails, announcements, and posts, change the tone of texts, summarize long documents, and translate. We will demonstrate working with PDFs, Word, and Excel. Great emphasis will be placed on verifying outputs, especially with tables and data. At the end, you will try a simple analysis: trends, aggregations, and basic charts.
We will show you how to involve AI in the entire meeting cycle. Before the meeting, it will help you with research, the agenda, and preparing background materials. During the meeting, it’s useful for digital notes, working with photos of whiteboards, or quickly adding context. After the meeting, it will prepare a summary, tasks, a follow-up email, or a short presentation for the team. This way, you get several usable outputs from a single meeting without having to catch up on notes in the evening.
In the finale, participants will build their own AI helper for repetitive work. We will explain what an agent is, how it differs from a regular chat, and when it makes sense to use one. Step by step, we will go through task definition, context, templates, testing, and safe sharing within a team. We will show specific examples: an AI helper for meeting minutes, email templates, research, onboarding new colleagues, or proofreading.
